• Ban caller ID spoofing and call on technology and telecommunications companies to disable its functionality. 

• Pursue and prosecute entities that are responsible for perpetuating scams using the telephone.

• Ban gerrymandering and develop a nongovernmental entity responsible for drawing district boundaries.

• Ban “puppy mills” and mandate consistent conditions in which animals are bred for sale.

• Pass legislation to make animal cruelty a felony.
